International Policy Conference in Paris

At #EIPC2025, I had the chance to attempt to answer the question “Who is the enemy?”, and address the strategic convergence between Russia, Iran, North Korea, China and beyond – a malign partnership exporting instability from Ukraine to the Middle East. These regimes exploit fear, division, and inaction. Democracies must shift from deterrence by hope to deterrence by strength.

Gratitude to ELNET— not just for organising another conference, but for consistently creating a platform where hard truths are spoken, and moral clarity is not sacrificed for diplomatic comfort. #StrongerTogether

P.S. My own subjective conclusion: it is time for the West to make clandestine operations great again!
